Carla Brown, CEO-Founder

Carla lives in Dacula, GA with her husband Butch Conway. Carla has a horse farm, Big Sky Farms, where she breeds, trains, shows and boards horses.  Carla currently presides as a judge in Gwinnett County and previously was a long time, respected attorney in Gwinnett.  Carla is active in many community activities.

Joanne Cornish - Secretary

Joanne has been a long time business owner in Gwinnett and currently resides in SC. Her background in technology makes her a perfect addition to the Board of Directors.  Joanne is responsible for all fundraising events and the monthly communication to our supporters.  Joanne has known Carla since 1997 and has also adopted Nala, one of CPR’s dogs.

Liz Bowles - Treasurer

Liz has been in the banking industry for over 20 years and is responsible for all financial aspects of CPR. Besides banking expertise, Liz has extensive Project, Process and Operational Management expertise in Information Technology. Liz has a passion for German Shepherds and CPR's mission. Liz became involved with CPR after adopting Sisko and has since then added Braden to the Bowles family.

Terri Jondahl

Terri is CEO of CAB, Inc. CAB Incorporated is a global leader in international supply chain and quality management, specializing in wind tower components, industrial castings and forgings and steel pipe flanges for waterworks and industrial applications.  Her keen business sense brings a wealth of knowledge to CPR making sure we operate as a business with success as our key goal.

Mike Couch

Mike is a long time resident of Gwinnett County. Mike is retired from a very extensive career in the in the banking industry.  Mike assists CPR with fundraising, financial oversight and fostering of dogs.

Wanda Stover

Wanda is our #1 volunteer.  Her passion for all dogs and her commitment to CPR has been invaluable.  Wanda works at UGA at their veterinarian department and brings to CPR a wealth of knowledge. Her network of colleagues and supporters has been instrumental in the current success of CPR to date.

Lee Wood

Lee is owner of A.L. Grading Contractors a large and well respected grading and utilities contractor in Georgia. He assists with fundraising and special events. Lee is a key advisor in the kennel construction.

Becky McLellan

Becky has been a paralegal in Atlanta for 25 years. She lives in Gwinnett County with her husband, daughter and rescued GSD. Becky was raised with GSDs, and working with CPR and its dogs is her passion.
