Available for Adoption

Bianca, Baby Bianca, or BB as we often call her, is a gem of a puppy that still thinks the world is a good place, even after being shot as a baby.

When Bianca arrived at animal control, she was unable to move her back legs. CPR was notified of this pitiful girl and immediately took her to a vet for treatment.  X-Rays showed a bullet, or pellet, that was lodged below her spine.  Surgery was eliminated as an option, so alternative treatments began.  BB has had accupunture, laser therapy, land therapy, underwater treadmill, and regular doctor visits with a rehab specialist. Now she can walk and even run !!!

Bianca is going to stay small.  She is currently (JULY) about 6 months old and weighs 20 pounds.  We think she will top around 30 pounds.  Her current needs are continued therapy exercises at home, limited free time ( so that she doesnt do too much ), and follow up visits with the rehab doctor.  CPR will cover all vet bills associated with her rehab follow up if needed. We very much want this girl in a special home that understand her limitations and allow her every opportunity to flourish.  Bianca is crate and mostly house trained. She will "talk " when she needs to go outside.  Due to her limited use of one back leg, she does need carpet or lots of rugs- she slips too much on tile or hardwoods.

Whoever takes in BB will be truly blessed to have such a happy girl in their life.  Her positive attitude is contagious!

Adoption fee TBD...  adoption fee includes full vetting, the DHPP, Rabies, Bordatella, Canine Flu vaccines, spay/neuter and microchipping.
